3.2 Time estimates are approximate only. The Company shall not be liable for delays unless caused by gross negligence.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to subcontract any services to qualified third parties.

3.4 Routes, methods, and procedures are at the Company's discretion unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6.3 We may exercise a lien over goods for unpaid charges and may sell goods to recover debts after reasonable notice.

10. CUSTOMS AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

10.1 You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and regulatory compliance.

10.2 We may act as your agent for customs clearance, but we are not liable for delays or additional charges.

10.3 You indemnify us against all costs arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation.

11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against all claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

14.1 Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under The Arbitration Act, 2017.

14.3 Any legal action must be commenced within one year of the dispute arising.

14.4 Jurisdiction is exclusively in Jamaican courts.


15. GENERAL PROVISIONS

15.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

15.2 No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision.
