7.9

Rapidex reserves the right to withhold delivery or release of Goods until all applicable charges have been paid.

8.3

Proof of delivery may include a signature, electronic confirmation, photograph, delivery record, confirmation through the Rapidex system, or other reasonable evidence of delivery.

8.4

Once Goods have been delivered to the Customer, or to a person reasonably believed by Rapidex to be authorized to receive them at the designated delivery address, responsibility for the Goods shall transfer to the Customer, subject to any applicable rights under Jamaican law.

11. STORAGE

11.1

Where Goods remain at a Rapidex facility beyond the period permitted by Rapidex, storage charges may apply.

11.2

Storage charges may also apply where delivery is delayed because of customer non-payment, incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, customs issues, or failure to provide required documentation.

11.3

The Customer is responsible for all applicable storage charges before the Goods are released or delivered.

12. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1

Rapidex will exercise reasonable care in providing its Services.
